My last visit was free of charge due to a problem the previous visit. The quality of response I received from the hairdresser i saw when I asked to discuss the problem was excellent. She listened carefully, understood, professionally dealt with it and offfered to improve my hair cut and colour. I was very impressed.

i enjoy getting my hair cut with annette she listens and understands exactly what i want . last time my friend had to sit and wait for me i felt she was treated very nicely .

I always know that I will leave with an absolutely fabulous style. My stylist always listens to what I, as a customers asks for and and absolutely delivers and on the occasions when I lack ideas, comes up with some brilliant suggestions. I had a completely new style and had colour done. I also appreciate being offered and provided with numerous cups of tea, coffee and sparkling water!
