I have much to be grateful for with regard to Mosaic Salon with regard to the level of service they have offered me over the past three years. In 2013 I started cancer treatment which led to a thinning and loss of hair and a very sensitive scalp. My usual salon said that they did not know how to treat or cut my hair so I had to search for another. Mosaic welcomed me with respect, offered to do what they could to help, cut my fragile hair very gently into a shape around my headband, and gradually we have celebrated the regrowth of my hair. Also in offering this service they very generously only charged me children's rates. I shall always be most grateful to the lovely Lucy for her kindness, professional skill and advice and to her boss for her support too.
