My appointment was with Emily who always smiling with a warm friendly welcome. She asks how my hair has been & if I have any concerns. She listens and advises confiming what I would like her to do. Emily is professional in her advice and manor which gives me confidence. The salon is often busy but all the staff are friendly & attentive.

I appreciate the difficulties during this awful time of Covid-19, I look forward to when the Covid measures can be lifted as I miss the relaxing atmosphere of Mosaic from pre-Covid.

It was my first time in Mosaic. Everyone was really warm and friendly and all the staff were really clear about Covid restrictions and what to expect. A very professional approach. Emily cut my hair and she did everything I asked, it looked great! Very pleased and will return.
