The staff always very helpful, friendly and smiley. Constant variety of drinks on offer. Would perhaps like more hair magazines around with everyday styles as know what I want but find it difficult to explain, but having said that, I have nearly got what I want few more visits and perhaps I will get there!

The owner of this salon Sally is a very 'upbeat' lady as well as being an excellent hair stylist. She puts much emphasis on individual consultation in her client care. She expects this very same positive experience for clients from her staff too - several of her staff have been trained by her and most of them have several years of loyalty so generally high standards are guaranteed.

Great colour, excellent cutting and all within a friendly, professional salon. The staff are knowledgeable about the products they use and I always come out happy with the result.

Amy is absolutely fantastic. Having recently moved to St Albans I wanted to find a local hairdresser, but I am incredibly fussy and hard to please! I don't trust many people with my hair. I gambled on Amy after looking at her Instagram page, and she did not disappoint... she listened to exactly what I wanted, and I am always beyond happy with my hair when I leave her. Not only is she extremely talented, she is also lovely and friendly, as is everyone I have dealt with at the salon, and the whole package is a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
