Once again, I have received first class treatment from Mosaic Hair Salon. I have been going there for nearly 20 years and the experience is always the same - a very pleasant ambiance ( the salon is updated from time to time to ensure that it remains at the forefront of hairdressing ideas ) , very professional and well trained stylists, well trained juniors who are extremely polite together with all sorts of refreshments. All of the team there from Sally, the proprietor to the newest junior ensure that one's visit is the best it can be. I have recommended this salon to two friends and they agree with everything I had said. Judith.

Just come back from my appointment and left very disappointed. I paid in full for Leona, yet Marco did the blow dry and straightening. He didn't do a bad job, but I explained that I have very wavy / frizzy hair, and the hair was not straightened the whole way through. As such there are a lot of fly-away hairs and wavy sections near the roots. Also asked for straight with volume and the hair looks completely flat with a horrible texture. I am going out for a special night tonight and unfortunately now need to completely re-straighten and style... started with dry shampoo and rollers to hopefully get some volume back. Probably going to have to re-wash. I could not say anything at the time of payment as there were too many people around, but would appreciate some compensation on my account. Thank you Emma

I have nothing but praise for the service I have received from Mosaic St Albans over the last few years. All the staff are unfailingly helpful. The stylists are highly skilled, and I have always valued the advice of my stylist of choice, Louise. She listens to requests and, if asked, makes suggestions based on her knowledge and experience of how to achieve the results best suited to to the individual needs and wishes of each client. Louise then takes time and great care to achieve the look that has been decided on. I have always left the salon entirely satisfied, and I have often been complimented on my hairstyle. I am sure the other Mosaic stylists give a similar high level of service.
