After moving back to St. Albans after living in Manchester for 10 years, I thought I would struggle to find a good hair salon without the London prices. After a few failed trips to some not so great salons my mum recommended I tried Mosaic and I absolutely love it! Everyone is friendly, I feel comfortable, I'm always happy with my hairstyle and have lots of positive comments, you have up-to-date magazines, I never get the hard sell just recommendations of products you have available, you have good coffee (no instant, yay) and having a lovely scalp massage is the cherry on the top! My 85 year old nan has also been converted and now I'm introducing my friends. I think Mosaic has a great balance of being a local salon that knows it customers but can also offer the type of service I would expect in a big city. Well done ladies. Clare Thanks, Clare

I have always been treated politely by all staff. There is an air of friendliness and calm in the salon. Having my hair done is always a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great salon. I regularly have a cut and colour there and the service is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend a visit.

I always receive compliments about my hair which is why I have continued to be a customer since the early days. The staff are welcoming and the stylists experts in their field. In fact I consider the salon my second home!

Am always been impressed by the professionalism of all the staff who never ever take your custom for granted. They work well together as a team and are always loyal to both customers and the salon. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

All the staff are brilliant in Mosaic, from receptionist to juniors to stylist. I have been going to Mosaic for about 5 years now and have never had anything but excellent service.
