I booked a express pedicures for my friend and I for a treat £27 each. Was shocked when charged £84 for 2 pedicures. Check before you start the treatment

All Was Perfect!! Very welcoming salon, great choice of treatments and brilliant service. I had the Stressbuster Massage / Facial and it certainly did what it promised. The therapist gave me useful advice about my skin and assessed it accurately and honestly, saying what I need and don't need. Would very highly recommend Moi - and will certainly be back many times!

Danielle was so helpful as my nails had been done abroad and I didn't know what was on them she took her time to explain my options and the finished result was amazing

Really disappointed by this. It was a treat day to myself to be pampered after having a baby, but this was not a pamper kind of experience. My technician was pleasant and very competent- she did an efficient and competent job on my nails (but not exceptional - there was a scuff mark in the polish that wasn’t fixed completely) but she barely spoke the entire time, the station wasn’t as clean as you’d like in a salon charging this price, the atmosphere was much more like a nail salon for quick cheap nails than a beauty salon. But my biggest complaint is I was just left for quite a long time at the end, waiting for her to out the final touches on my nails, no one told me what was going on and she never came back. Eventually another technician stopped on her way to work in her client, checked my nails and quickly put oil on them and took my payment. It all left me feeling very differently then when I leave a beauty salon normally. A real shame as I was hoping to frequent this place often.
