Really disappointed by this. It was a treat day to myself to be pampered after having a baby, but this was not a pamper kind of experience. My technician was pleasant and very competent- she did an efficient and competent job on my nails (but not exceptional - there was a scuff mark in the polish that wasn’t fixed completely) but she barely spoke the entire time, the station wasn’t as clean as you’d like in a salon charging this price, the atmosphere was much more like a nail salon for quick cheap nails than a beauty salon. But my biggest complaint is I was just left for quite a long time at the end, waiting for her to out the final touches on my nails, no one told me what was going on and she never came back. Eventually another technician stopped on her way to work in her client, checked my nails and quickly put oil on them and took my payment. It all left me feeling very differently then when I leave a beauty salon normally. A real shame as I was hoping to frequent this place often.

Last night i went for a pregnancy massage/facial and unfortunatley it was not the relaxing experience i had hoped for. During the whole treatment i heard voices/music outside the room along with what sounded like wrapping being taken off new products, which should have been done prior to my arrival. However worse was to come when the spray tan machine next door started, completely ruining my treatement experince. It is a real shame this happened as the treatment itself was nice but the overall experience was really poor. This was a christmas present that i was really looking forward to using.

I have been coming to Moi for about 8 years. The service I have received has been outstanding. 10 days ago I had shellac removal from toes and a pedicure. While the Shellac was soaking off I had waxing on my face. The girl who did my treatments was really not competent. The footbath was cold.When I told her she then brought a mug of boiling water and poured it into the foobath while splashing some on to my foot! She then put cream on my feet while still in the footbath, it just went everywhere. She started cutting my cuticles on my big toe drawing blood, twice. I refused to allow her to do more. This treatment lasted one and three quarter hours. For years I have come to Moi and have the same procedures and even more done in a lot less time. When I went to the desk at the end the Manager,who had been on the phone for most of the time,asked me how my treatment was. I answered that the girl was not satisfactory.The treatments also took far too long. The Manager was quite confrontational telling me that is the usual time, sometimes cuticle cutting draws blood. Sorry Claire I won't be back.

Spent £36 for luxury manicure, I gave girl a picture of nails and asked if she could do this, no I can't do this, someone else would have to do this. I was given around 100 colours to chose from, I picked 1 she came back and said we don't have that one, I picked another one she came back and said we don't have that one but here's something similar. I said I really wanted something a bit glittered, she said I can put a grapefruit coat on and it'll be a shimmer. But again not available, I said it's a bit pale, nail assistant said we can put an extra coat on. After 1 hour and 20 mins, I had to go as I was worried I case I had a parking ticket. Got home after 10 mins I had a chip. Complete waste of money, won't be back
