saw elyse for a treatment she was pretty damn good for the amount of time i saw her which should have been longer for $40 but apart from not being long enough it was pretty good and i might be back again for a cut

I am usually very satisfied by the service however this time I have been disappointed that I have been charged a full haircut rate while only having literally a 2min trim.

I was disappointed with my most recent visit as I was charged $91 dollars for a trim of my hair. The hairdresser spent no more than 15 minutes trimming so I was unhappy to be charged the same price as I would for a full cut and style.

Nice looking salon but atmosphere not terribly inspiring or energetic. Haircut and style received was ok. A menu for teas/coffees/wine was in front of me on the table but no one asked me if I’d like anything. Cost of haircut in line with others in the inner city suburbs.

Very pleasant atmosphere - but maybe you could try to reduce unneccessary "walking". It felt as if there were more staff than customers and a lot of walks back and forth. The floor material does not absorb noise well so it feels a bit stressful.

You need to train all staff members who talk on the phone. I was told price after talking though options of my cut colour would be no more than $270. This is the max price but likely to be less as I've given you the max possible price. I was charge $300 which is not what I was expecting with the excuse that the person on the phone must have been a junior. This feels like obvious lying. I chose this salon as you have prices on your website & seemed to be more up front & honest about costs. I particularly dislike being told one thing & charged something else & im debating if I will return due to this. It may not seem like a large difference in price but everyone has their own budgets & if you can't give out prices on the phone just don't!!
