I am happy with my haircut, hairdresser was great, but person greeting me was not friendly and verging on rude. Everything else was great, but that did taint the experience.

I was expecting a little more of a change to my hair. Although the violent tones where stripped out of my hair, I guess I was expecting my hair to look a little different to when I first walked in, when I was going in there for balayage. Cannot fault the Customer Service though, the girl was lovely.

I had to wait 45mins before I was seen to. My appointment was for 5pm and I was not seen till 5.45pm. I was told when I arrived that Gio was running 10-15mins behind. I understand that this happens from time to time but I would have liked to have been informed that he was running late so as I could have done other things at work and not rushed to the salon.

Corey is an excellent colourist, best I've had. I didn't really ask for any advice so can't comment on that. The biggest reason that would have me not return, or not recommend it to others, is the price.

Miss Gertrude is as usual a treat to go to but I think I will keep it as a treat, considering the prices. Love you girls to bits but my bank always takes quite a hit when I visit.
