Overall really happy! I was kept waiting for quite a while at the start of my appointmment, and some of the ladies seemed a bit unsure of themselves even though they were working miracles! It’d also be great if you served alcohol - a glass of champagne is part of the ritual

The stylist said "I'm going to give you a hair treatment now" and I said "ok". I did not realise that it would cost me money. You should have made that clear, because I felt like I had been deceived.
