Generally good experience coming to this salon. This time however was disappointed the junior staff member (who I had not booked an appointment with) carried out the blow wave at the end of my cut and colour. I have paid the price for a senior stylist to do my hair and would expect them to finish the job. Very unhappy with the junior staff members work and also very unhappy I wasn’t esked if it was okay she did this job. Love my cut and colour at least.

Carmen is very professional and excellent in what she does. It's nice to have a decent consult before the cut and she is a good listener, giving great advice of what style suits or doesn't suit. She is very easy to talk to and I have always been happy with the result. Will highly recommend.

My booked hairdresser was sick but salon arranged an alternative for me - Shannon was absolute lovely and I would book her again next time

Katie was amazing, she listened to what I was asking for and did a great job! Also great to be able to ask for tips regarding general hair care.

I loved my cut and got great advice from my stylist. However I was advised to get a treatment after the colour but wasn't told there was a $20 charge for it until I came to pay. I'm also not convinced the treatment was necessary. But I would definitely see my stylist again as she did a great job - and I'm very hard to please!
