you guys were right on time - to the minute - which is just great! head massage and wash was superb and cut was exactly as I asked for. there's no pressure when you leave to make the next appointment which again is great because it's uncomfortable when sales people try to up sell or book you into something you can't commit to. I only booked my appt a wk in advance and it's nice you guys have that flexibility and clients don't have to book forever in advance. only thing is the cuts are a little on the expensive side which might put people off if they haven't been there before and don't know how you staff are! if you're looking to attract new customers maybe you could consider lowering the price for the first cut only, like by $20-$30. hope this feedback helps you!
