I love Miss Gertrude. The staff are friendly and always professional. The salon is clean and makes for a comfortable experience. Music is always great.

I didn't expected anything about this saloon but I got out of it very happy ! Kylie gave me a good hair massage and a cut I like, listening carefully to what I wanted and liked, the saloon is nice and I will recommend it to a friend :)

Christy is a lovely girl, love the way she takes care with my hair and takes an interest in my life. A nice personal touch goes a long way in my books. Even though there are a number of good salons around my area of Port Melbourne I am happy to drive to Gertrude Street, knowing I will leave your salon feeling fantastic, thanks to Christy's professional and fun manner.

Kylie was amazing, communicating all the way through the cut about what she was doing, making sure it was what i had in mind. in the end I got an amazing haircut that exceeded my wishes, one of the best cuts ever.
