My first experience at Miss Gertrude was not a great one - the hairdresser who cut my hair was rushed and disinterested. I went there a second time as I couldn't be bothered trying to find a new salon, and ended up with the same hairdresser. This time the cut was better. And on my third visit I had the same hairdresser and this time the experience was excellent - she listened to me and gave me great advice and a good haircut. It is a lovely salon, so I'm glad I gave them a second chance. I guess sometimes a hairdresser cares about you more when they've seen you more than once.
