Jayd was such a warm, professional and just really lovely stylist - She completely put me as ease, and walked me through each step, which really helped, as I have haircut anxiety! She took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain things properly, but always giving me the final say! Thank you so much, Jayd! I absolutely love my haircut and the whole experience was so encouraging and restored my faith in salons!

You guys are so great. The day I walked in and described how another hairdresser had killed my hair with bleach, you took care and consideration. I was explained all of my options and boundaries regarding the health of my hair. Kate is adorable and fantastic. Jens is such a beautiful soul and really knows how to make the best out of your situation. I love everyone there and feel very welcomed and in great hands whenever I go. The coffee is also amazing, it makes such a difference to get a proper coffee made when you're getting your hair done.
