This was my first visit to Miss Getrude's and it was a pleasure. I was looking for someone to help me with my colour and Eri was wonderful. She is very careful and focused and I am really happy with the result. It's also a relief because I have been looking for the right person for quite a while.

Jess is a fantastic, talented and friendly stylist. I have recommended her & Miss Gertrude and will continue to do so. The nice woman who washed my hair today was a little too rough, but generally all staff are very friendly and professional.

The quality of service continues to be of very high standard .. from the moment of arrival to meeting with stylist ,hair washing etc. there's minimal waiting and feel that everyone involved is attentive, caring and the service is very efficient and pleasant . As an observer , all customers are treated equally and cheerfully ... and this has been the same for me at every visit over the years .

I’ve loved going to Miss Gertrude for over 3 years now. The staff are fantastic and very attentive, and I always walk out feeling great about my haircut! The only thing I would like to see change is the basins where they wash your hair....they are SO uncomfortable on the neck and it’s hard to enjoy the lovely head massage. Some more comfortable/padded sinks would be a great change. Otherwise a fabulous salon!
