I cannot rave about Miss Gertrude enough! The service is fantastic and the people are lovely. I've had my hair cut by Carmen for the past 3 years and would not go anywhere else! Would happily recommend this place to anyone

Libby was fantastic.. As a first time client I really liked Libby's approach- she totally understood my needs and was very professional- no chit chat smooze, which I really appreciated!!.. She is an excellent cutter and look forward to seeing her again as we discussed colour to blend my new found silver streaks post 2 kids!! Thanks again!

The team was friendly and listened to my needs. I was incredibly happy with the cut and colour that I received - and the product that I purchased. The salon was really comfortable and a great environment to hang out in. I'd very happily recommend Miss Gertrude to others.

The colour service was great, my only concern was a real lack of knowledge re how to style really curly hair. The staff were lovely, it's really just a training issue.
