I have been going to Miss Gertrude for years. The staff are all lovely. The stylists cut well. They even have vegan biscuits.

Generally good experience coming to this salon. This time however was disappointed the junior staff member (who I had not booked an appointment with) carried out the blow wave at the end of my cut and colour. I have paid the price for a senior stylist to do my hair and would expect them to finish the job. Very unhappy with the junior staff members work and also very unhappy I wasn’t esked if it was okay she did this job. Love my cut and colour at least.

My goddaughter has very very long hair and today she had blond highlights ... Corey was fantastic and did a great job engaging with her and she was thrilled with the results She was treated exceptionally well as the client by Tegan and also the young woman who dried her hair . A great experience and she loves her highlights . 😈
