Incredible salon, everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment walked through the door. Giovanni is an amazingly skilled stylist and would recommend him, and the rest of the staff at Miss Gertrude, to everyone.

I was very disappointed about the service. Elle was working on me and another client at the same time. An apprentice unnecessarily blow dried my hair for half an hour to kill time while we were waiting for Elle. The service felt disjointed with a lot of waiting and less time spent on providing a quality service that is usually provided.

The stylist said "I'm going to give you a hair treatment now" and I said "ok". I did not realise that it would cost me money. You should have made that clear, because I felt like I had been deceived.
