great working with a hair professional who provided great advise, gentle with my cut, took time and effort in the work she was doing on my hair. I am very happy. Overall service at Miss Gertrude is great - the hot chocolate was very yummy thankyou. Staff are skilled not just about cutting or colouring someones hair, its the effort and personal touch and creativity and from the staff that goes a long way. Very happy client. thankyou
