Although I been with Giovanni for years, this time I had Gavin cut my hair for the second time and he is brilliant also. The salon has the most relaxing but 'buzzy', professional ambience and every client feels valued and pampered. The coffee's great too : ) Because the cuts are so very good, I don't need to come as often as I have had to with any other hairdresser! I love my trips from the country to Miss Gertrude!

Great First visit really pleased. I have been going to the same place for some years and was generally happy but people stop doing those little extra things and I was rapt with the service .I am generally a creature of habit so wont change suppliers very often but the service i received means you have a new customer

This salon is a nice place to visit- a relaxed atmosphere and a highly professional staff. And most importantly Jens is a great cutter. Would highly recommend this salon.

My experiences have been wonderful at Miss Gertrude. I love the space and being off street frontage makes the experience more relaxing. It's more like hanging out in cafe than being at the hairdresser. All the products are natural and low impact on the environment which i really love. I also really enjoy the entrance and being exposed to beautiful objects as you arrive. looking forward to my next haircut already.
