Shannon is lovely - great cut and colour! The only thing I'd like more of is explanation of process/what I can expect as the first result and process to get to the further end result I'm hoping for (colour over time). I had to ask a lot of questions to try to understand. I also asked if the keratin treatment was K18 (which I have at home - but maybe you use a salon version) and was told no, but then could see the bottle was that (and smelled just like it!), so was a bit confused about that.
