It was established over 50 years ago by Mr Philip McCarthy and is now owned by his protege Mrs Michelle England since 2015.  The salon offers all aspects of hairdressing with cutting and creative colouring it's best asset.The brands Schwartzkopf and Ghd are used in the salon and recommended for home use by the company .

I can never be critical of this salon, it’s such a pleasure to go there. You are never rushed, you are listened to and Michelle will do all she can to see that you can manage your hairstyle. On top of that, a nice cuppa ☕️.

Michelle has been cutting my hair for a very long time now, and I would not consider going anywhere else. There's plenty of hair salons in my home town, but I'd rather drive 25 minutes and go to Michelle. Always professional, friendly and gives good advice.

I named Michelle my "Fairy God Mother", she has golden hand with my hair. She listens carefully about your comments on previous haircut shape and proceeds accordingly with the next procedures. I am very glad one of my neighbours recommended her Salon. She makes a big difference to my looks. Thank you Michelle. The staff are very kind and helpful, I have at present mobility problems and they always make sure I get safely to my car. I am happy to recommend this hairdressing salon.
