I really liked the cut and the colour was near to how Perry used to do it. I am sure next time it will be as I know sometimes it can be trial and error. I was however pleased that my roots were done and around my hair line. I am not sure I received the 30% off I had a voucher for as the services were charged at £95 and with 30% off should have been £66.50 and my husband made a comment later that is was in the 70s..

I suggest you upload the picture of the hairdressers on the website so that when friends want to refer a hairdresser but they do not know his/her names, they can refer to him/her by their pictures. Thanks :)

From a previous treatment I was unhappy with the finished colour, it was lighter than I had wanted and I couldn't get used to it. As soon as M were made aware of this, they wanted to sort it out as quickly as possible. I am now extremely happy with my colour and looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again to all the really lovely staff at M

Much more expensive than anticipated and as estimated on the online booking form.

Hi,Thank you for your review.We are sorry that your bill was more than you had expected but this was because your hair was very thick and we had to use 3 tubes of colour instead of one.If you would like an exact price before we start working on your hair please mention this at the consultation stage and we will endeavor to give you your desired look within your budget.We are happy that you were pleased with the rest of the appointment.
