Much more expensive than anticipated and as estimated on the online booking form.

Hi,Thank you for your review.We are sorry that your bill was more than you had expected but this was because your hair was very thick and we had to use 3 tubes of colour instead of one.If you would like an exact price before we start working on your hair please mention this at the consultation stage and we will endeavor to give you your desired look within your budget.We are happy that you were pleased with the rest of the appointment.

Rachel is extremely good at colouring (the best hairdresser I have had)and her manner is always friendly and professional. She was also accommodating and able to see me early which was a help.
