James and his colleagues have always treated me with kindness and patience. I am quite a difficult client not really knowing what I wanted, but eventually with James experience and understanding of what would suit a 65 year old I went ahead and had extensions which were cut shorter ( long hair falling down my back was not an option at my age) and they gave me more control styling my hair. After a few months I returned, my old extensions were removed, Mark did a fantastic job with the colour, James added more extensions and he then cut it into a jaw length bob and it looks fab, I feel 20 years younger!
