I found your booking system for me was impossible to work. My husband also found it difficult although he did manage to do it. He found it difficult even though he has a first class honours degree in computering and has been in the field of high-level computing work all his working life!That is 40 years! It may just be because we are unfamiliar with a particular format but it didn’t seem at all accessible to us. Thank you for listening :-)
