I booked my Nan in for a pedicure and to get her hair washed, cut and blow dried due to her hairdresser currently being off sick. Toni did her pedicure and made my Nan feel so relaxed and ensure that everything was to her liking. As my nan was wearing stockings and boots, she gave her little flip flops in case her toes still weren’t dry by the time she was going to get her hair done so that her nails wouldn’t smudge and that the moisturiser could soak into her feet properly. Phoebe was the hairdresser, and my Nan was so pleased with the outcome. Phoebe explained what she was going to do before starting the appointment. My Nan usually uses her own products due to a previous hairdresser using bad quality ones, so she had brought her own with her, Phoebe said that she was happy to use these or the salon had a better quality anti-hair fall shampoo if my Nan was willing to try it. My Nan decided to use this and it smelled incredible. Phoebe was incredibly chatty throughout and made sure that my Nan was happy with everything she was doing. My Nan left the salon feeling like a whole new woman and really enjoyed her morning. The girls really made her 92nd birthday, later on she told me that it was exactly the kind of day that you want on your birthday, relaxing and refreshing!
