Sarah was fab very friendly and professional and the facial was lovely, she gave some very good advice. The only slight thing that prevented me from being totally relaxed was the noise from the hair salon on the other side of the door.

Thank you for your comment regarding the salon sounds. We have placed a sound proof door trim to try and block out some of the sounds. We try and place stylists away from the beauty room when a facial is being done. We also lower the salon music. If the salon is particularly busy we are aware that sound may travel into the beauty room. I would perhaps considering coming in late evening or even better a nice quiet Sunday. a huge thanks to Louise today for helping me return to a much more flattering natural hair colour. My hair is already looking much healthier and even my partner commented on it!!!
