Comment
My only very very slightly negative, and probably extremely picky comment is regarding the water feature in the hair washing area. You have nice relaxing music playing but then all you can hear is the water feature, and it's not the water you can hear, its the mechanics of it working, I've noticed this several times. And it's not as if you can even see the water when you're having your hair washed as its to the side of you, so I'm not sure who's benefitting from it to be honest. I understand the reasoning behind it but I think its having quite the opposite affect on the experience.
