Comment
I had been a bit annoyed after my previous appointment was cancelled and I then got a call to tell me my next one was (both due to illness) but they could fit me in slightly later in the day with Bethany. Bethany has only just graduated, I was worried. But I shouldn’t have been, she was amazing, attentive and so lovely and she did a good job. I cannot praise her enough. I talk as part of my job so I don’t like to do outside of work, she allowed me to not have to engage in small talk and I enjoyed the experience
