I am fairly new to the salon with my 2 young daughters. We had a bit of a tricky first visit but Carly Ann stepped up to the mark & ensured we were looked after & got a great first experience at the salon. I am very confident that with Carly Ann that we are all in very good hands. I am very particular about the girls bobs & Carly has been very patient - she took the time to listen to how we wanted it cutting etc & is great with the girls when they visit. She has been very professional with myself also, recommending I use the Nioxin range to strengthen my hair with Amazing results!! I am SO glad that she did. Keep up the good work! &see you next week with the girls

Love my hair jo was fantastic also had the best head massage ever by lauren (I think that's her name really sorry if not) felt so relaxed. Always made to feel special. Thanks girls
