I am always courteously treated by all the staff. The environment is very nice and the products used are lovely. The stylist always takes the time to listen and colours and cuts my hair perfectly. I would recommend the salon.

I have enjoyed all my visits to Macadamia and feel that the treatment that I have had is value for money. Sometimes I do feel a little pressured to buy the products that they have used during my visit but not all the time.

Although I am pleased with the treatment received I am unhappy with the appointment system. On the last three appointments there has been a error in so much as your salon booking me in on the wrong day, also not booking the correct treatment, eg on the previous appointment I had booked three treatments only to find that only two had been recorded, you were unable to fit the third treatment in on the day. I was very disappointed!
