I booked my original appointment online with a particular stylist. I got a phone call to say that she wasn’t available after all and would I change to someone else. I agreed. My appointment was for 11:40 but when I got there I was told it was 11:20 and the stylist could no longer fit me in. I was then offered another stylist but had to wait. She did a great job and I was happy with my haircut but I was disappointed with the wait as I had a lot to do that day.

Great colour by Hannah(as always)- I had a full head of highlights, and then fabulous extensions by Jayden. 100% delighted with both services. Lovely salon with a lovely atmosphere.
