This is the second time Hazel has coloured and cut my hair and I have been really pleased with the finished result on both occasions. She has quickly gained an understanding of my needs. Today felt more expensive than usual (hence marking vfm as 8). I was asked for a £20 deposit for my next appointment as it is a Christmas appointment. This was in response to the number of no shows having been experienced of late.
