The girl who cut my hair was lovely and she did what I asked! But £50 for a cut and letting my hair dry under the heaters is an awful lot of money and did leave me upset! I know the cost of living has gone up and you're a top salon! But it's not like she spent time and energy blow drying it!

I have spoken with your stylist and after discussing that you wanted to work with the natural curl in your hair it was decided to use our salon heater which has a setting specifically designed for this. The staff and the service at the salon is great and I have always come away pleased with the price and the product. It was however extremely disappointing to incur what equates to a 40% increase on my usual cleanse and style. I fear these kind of huge hikes in prices may have an impact on repeat custom. In all honesty I will be actively looking for better value. This is a huge shame as I live close by and have always enjoyed visiting the salon.

I have been using the same stylist at the salon for every visit for 4 years, however, I was not informed in advance of my appointment that it would be with a different stylist as my regular stylist was no longer working at Macadamia.

Had to wait 20 mins past my appointment date to be seen. Despite this had a very positive experience. Would like more suggestions re what is possible with my hair if possible including radical options!

I booked my original appointment online with a particular stylist. I got a phone call to say that she wasn’t available after all and would I change to someone else. I agreed. My appointment was for 11:40 but when I got there I was told it was 11:20 and the stylist could no longer fit me in. I was then offered another stylist but had to wait. She did a great job and I was happy with my haircut but I was disappointed with the wait as I had a lot to do that day.
