Had to wait 20 mins past my appointment date to be seen. Despite this had a very positive experience. Would like more suggestions re what is possible with my hair if possible including radical options!

I booked my original appointment online with a particular stylist. I got a phone call to say that she wasn’t available after all and would I change to someone else. I agreed. My appointment was for 11:40 but when I got there I was told it was 11:20 and the stylist could no longer fit me in. I was then offered another stylist but had to wait. She did a great job and I was happy with my haircut but I was disappointed with the wait as I had a lot to do that day.

Kate did a fabulous job on my hair, best finished look I have had in a while. Positives = head massage, I look forward to the relaxing treatment. Negative = massage chair not as effective as it once was.

Lidia was great at styling curls as my hair is really difficult to curl. She was interesting and upbeat and she cared about what look I wanted to achieve. Her expertise was obvious / high even though she appears to be young in years.
