I booked my original appointment online with a particular stylist. I got a phone call to say that she wasn’t available after all and would I change to someone else. I agreed. My appointment was for 11:40 but when I got there I was told it was 11:20 and the stylist could no longer fit me in. I was then offered another stylist but had to wait. She did a great job and I was happy with my haircut but I was disappointed with the wait as I had a lot to do that day.

This was the second time I’ve had my make up done professionally at Macadamia by the same girl (I can’t remember her name sorry!) and both times she has been amazing! She listened to everything I wanted and made me feel really comfortable and looked after. She even made sure I could get my fringe blow dried by another colleague after it being pinned up during my appointment as I was going to a wedding straight after! I had lots of lovely compliments throughout the day at the wedding and my make up lasted all night long! Thank you so much, will definitely be returning again!

Hi I have visited twice this week, once for eyebrows the other to bring my 5 year old to get her nails done. Both times we were looked after by Shannon. Shannon was amazing, as well as being very happy with my eyebrow wax I need to add how lovely she was with my daughter. Shannon spoke directly to my daughter about what she wanted on her nails, including colour of glitter and varnish. (A lot of places we visit you find adults talk through the parents to the child. This was great to see that my daughter was treated as the client. They chatted away and to top it off she did an amazing job. Please pass on our appreciation, Sophia is already asking for a new appointment haha xx
