I REVISITED THE SALON AGAIN YESTERDAY AS I DIDN'T THINK THE FIRST ROOT COLOUR HAD COVERED MY ROOTS PROPERLY. THE STAFF KINDLY OFFERED TO DO IT AGAIN. I HAD SAID THAT I STILL MAINLY WANTED TO STAY BLONDE. THE COLOUR THAT WAS ADVISED UNFORTUNATELY WAS A STEP TOO FAR AS IT TURNED OUT TO BE TOO DARK AT THE ROOTS AND HAS MADE IT LOOK BRASSY THIS ALSO ALTERED THE REST OF MY HAIR COLOUR . AS IT WAS APPLIED STARTED TO FEEL VERY HOT AND FELT LIKE IT WAS BURNING MY SCALP. THE SALON WAS VERY BUSY AT THE TIME I DID ASK A STAFF MEMBER TO REMOVE THE HOT ELECTRIC HEATER AS THIS WAS MAKING IT MORE UNCOMFORTABLE IT WAS REMOVED. THE END RESULT OF THE COLOUR CHOSEN WASN’T WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. I FELT THE NEED TO WRITE THIS SURVEY THIS WOULDN’T STOP ME FROM RETURNING AS I FELT EVERYONE ONE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING.
