I love the deep conditioning treatment and head massage- so soothing. Feels like a real treat. I love my hair colour and appreciate the deatailed chat before we start, as it ensures you get what you wanted. The tray of tea/ coffee provided is always welcome too.

I’m really sorry that I haven’t been satisfied with the outcome both times I’ve had my hair coloured with you. You stylists haven’t been able to match the colour perfectly. I have been use to having blonde hair most of my life I’ve never had the colour combed through to the ends this was suggested by your stylist had I agreed for this it would have been far too dark for me, I thought by having it slightly warmer the over all effect would be blonde this wasn’t the case. The first colour that was used didn’t cover the grey so a warmer colour was used this was too golden. So yesterday it was supposed to of been toned down the result was still too dark and didn’t blend in with the blonde. My hair has always been blonde so I haven’t been totally happy with the end results. Please could you cancel my next appointment and refund what is owed to me. Kind regards Lyn Davies
