Comment
I went in for a re-perm. All of the staff were lovely, I was greeted and offered a choice of refreshments. I asked for water which was brought in a glass, with ice and a slice. Everyone was professional and friendly, I was treated with care and felt valued. Great care and attention was paid to what I actually wanted and the products were used carefully. The finished perm was fabulous and I am very happy with the experience
