I have been coming here for 18 months now for both cut and colour. What I like best is that although I have a regular stylist, if I have to use someone else, I don't have to worry - the cut is always good. Another plus point is that the team are great at calling you back if you are waiting for a cancellation. Products are recommended, but there is no pressure to buy. There are occasional delays, but appointments are generally on time. A professional but friendly salon that I would happily recommend.
