This is not a complaint, just a comment for consideration, no response required.I was fully informed that I would qualify for a free treatment which could be upgraded for an extra £2.50, I agreed to the extra. I was surprised after leaving the salon my receipt actually showed an extra £7.50, free treatments should mean free.

As usual I was treated with the upmost professionalism by the team of Denise and Ash. Listening to me to achieve the results I want for my hair. Only this week I was asked 5 times in 1 day where I get my hair done and I always recommend this salon. Excellent advise given with regards to colour after care for home salon products.

Pleasant staff, always polite and friendly as soon as you walk into the salon. A variety of drinks are offered free of charge. No uncomfortable small talk, the stylists make you feel they are genuinely interested and enjoy their work. Lovely, spacious salon Not pretentious at all Have been several times and it's now my only hair salon :) Couldn't wish for more The stylists will show you step by step how to maintain your style, tips on the best products etc Without being pushy. You walk out of Leslie Francis completely satisfied
