My first visit today. I felt very welcome and at ease. I was given plenty of time and opportunity to discuss my hair and the style I had in mind and I felt that my stylist took my views into consideration when making suggestions for suitable styles. In my experience this has not always been the case. I am very pleased with my experience today and am impressed that my stylist has already made some recommendations regarding what we can try at my next visit. I shall look forward to it!
