My recent visit to the salon was most enjoyable. From arriving at reception I was treated with the most professional yet friendly approach by all the staff. Mia listens to my requests,makes me feel valued and always ensures that my salon experience is a happy one.Her expertise both on advising and delivering is excellent. Her attention to detail is fabulous. I also like how she makes her customers feel. Valued. Thank you once again to the whole team at leslie Francis for making my visit a happy one.
