Yvonne on reception is always helpful, efficient and has a smile on her face. Maureen on ladies reception upstairs is also helpful, efficient and with a smile on her face - she takes time to make you feel welcome and relaxed while never taking her eyes off the goings on on the floor, ensuring the young girls are working towards keeping the place clean and tidy which is good for the customers and staff, this is Maureen's gift. Diane is always friendly and helpful and makes me feel good and look better. I think it is a little expensive but I do enjoy my visits very much.
