For the second time in consecutive visits, I was offered a drink and never received it. The young lady was obviously more interested in getting her own hair titivated than in dealing with a customer. My stylist and the receptionist were, as always, excellent but the number of apprentices just 'floating about' or standing in little huddles, are giving a poor impression.

Although I am very pleased with the results and found everyone very pleasant, I think next time I visit a hairdresser I will go somewhere else as being a pensioner I find the cost too great which is a shame.

I was really pleased with how ruby put right the layers to my last cut there. She was great. My daughter always comes with me for years, to have her hair cut and today was the first time ever I've been refused the student concession, she has never been asked before for student id so we don't bring it with us. If policy has changed then customers need to be aware of this.

Katie my stylist was really helpful. Taking time to explain what she was doing and also with advise on how to achieve the look at home.
