Hi, my appointment was with Mia ( Selina) I have to say I have never been treated as well as I was today with your stylist not only has she made a very good job of my hair I was super impressed with her advice throughout my appointment , my appointment lasted just short of 4 hours due to me having so much thick long hair but she stayed pleasant & professional throughout the 4 hours , I was unsure what colour I wanted but she gave me a couple of options and suggested something a little different and I'm so happy with the style & colour. For someone who feels self conscious staring into a mirror for any length of time Mia put me at ease and really made sure I relaxed which is a difficult task for me at the best of times. My 1st time with Mia but will definitely be booking again with this lovely young lady .

the consultation was very good and staff knowledge and input helped greatly in making choice in what we could do with my hair. Iwas a little suprised when asking the cost, really the way that they split things within the price. I would have thought certain things would be inclusive in the main thing that was going to be done. for example in a highlights you would expect a wash to be included but it isn't, its in with the cut and finish. how can you do one thing wothout the other? But overall this salon is quite good but need to look at pricing and how they split it down.
