An extra special luxery of having 2 very talented sylist looking after me at my appointment on Thursday evening. After a very professional consultation with myself and my usual stylist Denise, Ash decided on the contrasting colours for my new look,taking into account my natural hair colour for high and low hights. I must say that the time and attention to detail that both Ash and Denise took with the consultation, colour, cut and finish was second to none. The outcome is amazing, I love my new colour. Vibrant, but soft and natural. Thank you so much to both Denise and Ash - what a fantastic team and I was so, so looked after. I felt very special!!!

It became apparent to me when I got home that a section of my hair need more layering. It was markedly different from the other side. I had to wait a week to see my hairdresser to have it rectified due to the fact that she is part time but I'm sure that I could have gone in and anyone would have helped me. The process of arranging another time for my hair to be looked at again was very smooth and easy. I was offered another hair wash but I declined and was just happy to have the problem put right.

I had a bad experience with another business, but Leslie Frances are helping me to correct my bad hair do. I have every faith in them and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
