Please try to change the towels - the ones currently in use dont absorb enough - clothing wet after hair washing. New staff need to be checked when washing hair - usually good but this time the poor girl washed my ears more than my hair-a bit uncomfortable to what is usually a good and relaxing experience. Feedback is given as a learning opportunity and not as a comlaint.

I was under the impression my cut & finish would be £31.50. And had an email confirmation of this. When I got to the till I was asked for £46.50 as I was told I had a re-style. The stylist & I agreed how she would cut my hair. At no point was I told a further cost would incur. I was told I had a "top stylist" which I hadn't actually asked for! As my stylist was off sick. I ended up paying £41.50 to avoid any further embarrassment. But I am not happy about my experience in any way. My hair is so short & I am devastated at how it looks it is not how I wanted it. I did ask her not to cut it short in the layers which she has completely ignored. I now have to feel uncomfortable until it grows. I won't be returning to the salon again.

I will always continue to come to LF as my hairdresser is excellent. However, on this occasion the girl who washed my hair was not friendly and the girl on reception on the way out was not the usual lady and she was quite brusque. Surprising as normally the whole experience is excellent.

As always I enjoy my weekly visit t Leslie Francis. The staff are all kind helpful and friendly. Thankyou to the management for my free treatment because it was my birthday. The treatment and massage was so relaxing and having a stressful week was much appreciated. Maureen who does my hair weekly is a joy to see and we catch up weekly on what is happening in our lives.Thankyou to Amy as well who colours my hair regularly. The reception staff are so obliging they help in anyway they can. So all I can say is thats it is the best salon in Barnsley.
