Please try to change the towels - the ones currently in use dont absorb enough - clothing wet after hair washing. New staff need to be checked when washing hair - usually good but this time the poor girl washed my ears more than my hair-a bit uncomfortable to what is usually a good and relaxing experience. Feedback is given as a learning opportunity and not as a comlaint.

Charlie was extremely professional and happy to help even though it was a last minute appointment, she had an unexpectedly good knowledge of extensions which is rare to find at many salons meaning I often struggle to find a good hairdresser for my hair. Would recommend her highly, I have had both good and bad appointments with different members of staff at leslie francis but cannot fault Charlie. 10/10 thankyou!

I felt well looked after on my last visit. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. My hairdresser was very good as usual.

Keira was very welcoming and gave me good advice about my hair . She gave me a lovely haircut and helped me to decide about future colouring choices

Although there is a little disruption caused by the building work which is happening to the premises, they are doing really well to minimise the affects of this on the customers. well done.

The reason I've not given full marks for the environment is that the shop is undergoing refurbishment on the shop front. Once completed it will be lovely. As always, staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.
